Please note that counselling is regulated on a provincial and territorial basis in Canada. In order for a clinician to be able to see you for your confidential virtual mental health counselling, you must choose a clinician licensed to practice in the province or territory where you live.

If you have a First Nation status number or an N number, you may be eligible to receive up to 22 hours of counselling each year through the National Indigenous Health Benefits (NIHB) program. If you aren’t sure, call our Office Auntie at 1-833-277-5678 to learn more.

My name is Steven Larocque. I am a Youth Addiction Counselor from Quebec, working with Indigenous youth to support healing, resilience, and recovery. I specialize in trauma-informed care, blending both clinical practices and cultural teachings to create safe and empowering spaces for youth.

My experience includes working in a youth rehab center based in culture, where I’ve dedicated years to helping young people overcome addiction and rediscover their strengths.

Outside of counseling, I am also the founder of New Tribe, a brand that creates Indigenous-inspired apparel and merchandise that celebrates culture, humor, and identity. I’m passionate about uplifting my community—whether through my counseling work, creative projects, or new ideas in business and wellness.
