Please note that counselling is regulated on a provincial and territorial basis in Canada. In order for a clinician to be able to see you for your confidential virtual mental health counselling, you must choose a clinician licensed to practice in the province or territory where you live.

If you have a First Nation status number or an N number, you may be eligible to receive up to 22 hours of counselling each year through the National Indigenous Health Benefits (NIHB) program. If you aren’t sure, call our Office Auntie at 1-833-277-5678 to learn more.

As a proud member of the Gitxsan First Nations, I bring a unique perspective to my counselling practice, grounded in both cultural understanding and personal experience.

My journey as a trauma survivor has deeply shaped my approach to therapy, allowing me to connect authentically with my clients.

With extensive experience in substance use counselling, trauma recovery, sexual abuse support, and grief counselling, I focus on treating the whole person rather than just the symptoms. I believe that healing comes from addressing the mind, body, and spirit.

Rather than adhering to a single modality, I embrace an entrepreneurial mindset, integrating specialized techniques tailored to each individual’s needs. This flexibility allows me to create a personalized experience that fosters genuine healing and growth.

I strive to create a warm, inviting environment where you feel safe to explore your challenges and aspirations.

Together, we can navigate your path to wellness, empowering you to reclaim your narrative and thrive.
